Terms of Service

1. Who we are

endlesstokens is operated by MIRASTACK LABS PRIVATE LIMITED ("we", "us"), 4th floor, Survey No. 322(P), Myscape Weave, Financial District, Hyderabad, Telangana 500089, India (GSTIN 36AAUCM5236B1ZD). Contact: support@endlesstokens.ai.

2. Agreement and eligibility

By creating an account, buying, or using an API key you agree to these Terms and to our Acceptable Use Policy, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Shipping and Delivery Policy. You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract. The service is for business or professional use, and is sold to customers in India and the United States only.

3. The service

We sell time-based access passes and top-ups for AI models through our API at https://api.endlesstokens.ai. You buy and manage them at https://portal.endlesstokens.ai. The models currently served, and their licences, are listed in the portal. You must comply with the licence of each model you use.

4. Accounts and keys

Keep your API key secret. Keys are personal: do not share or resell them. You are responsible for all use of your key. Give us accurate billing details.

5. Passes, top-ups and fair use

A pass runs for the period shown at purchase. A top-up starts at first use after your pass ends and lapses unused at the date shown. Each pass has limits shown at purchase (such as sessions per key and concurrency). We may enforce limits technically.

6. Prices and tax

INR prices exclude GST, which is added at checkout. Supplies in USD to US customers are exports, zero-rated under a Letter of Undertaking. You bear any other local taxes. We issue GST invoices and credit notes. Payments are processed by Razorpay.

7. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. Outage credits are added time and are your sole remedy for unavailability.

8. Your content and our service

You keep your rights in your inputs and, as far as the law allows, in outputs. We claim no ownership of either. We do not store your prompts or completions.
AI output can be wrong. You must review it before relying on it. We give no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a purpose, or non-infringement of outputs.

9. Availability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", with no service level agreement. Planned maintenance and outages happen.

10. Liability

Our total aggregate liability for all claims is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Nothing here limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your content, your inputs, your use of outputs, or your breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end your access for breach of these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, fraud, chargebacks, or legal requirement. Where the breach is yours, no refund is due. You may delete your account at any time in the portal. Deleting revokes your key and ends your sessions immediately. Unused pass time is not refunded. Invoices are kept as the law requires.

13. Changes

We notify material changes by email and on the site at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept them.

14. Seller information and grievances

In line with the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, the seller is:

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
