Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This policy is part of the Terms of Service. You must not use endlesstokens for:

• illegal content or activity;
• child sexual abuse material or any sexual content involving minors;
• malware, intrusion, or exploiting vulnerabilities in third-party systems;
• spam and fraud;
• harassment, hate and violent extremism;
• infringing intellectual property;
• generating weapons capable of mass harm;
• attempts to break limits, probe or attack the service, or reverse-engineer other customers' data;
• sharing or reselling keys;
• automated account creation;
• use that violates the licence of the model served.

2. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend or terminate accounts at our discretion, without refund for violations, and report to authorities where the law requires. We detect abuse using request metadata, not prompt or completion content.
